Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed unfortunately this cannot not be changed.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once you have received your confirmation email on your order, you can no longer change the delivery address.

Has my order been accepted?
Your order would have been accepted once you have confirmed your card details through Sage Pay.

Is the payment method secure?
Yes, we use Sage Pay which is a 3D secure fraud prevention tool which is very reliable.

Do you keep my bank details?
No, once you have placed your order all bank details are encrypted and deleted from Sage Pay.

I have not received an order confirmation, is this right?
If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation via email the next working day, this could be an error with our system however it is worth contacting the store on 01737226569.

Are the collections on the site the same as in store?
Yes, but we do have additional collections and brands that are not yet available online however they are in stock at our store.

How do I know if the product is available?
All of our products online are available unless otherwise stated. If however exceptionally, a product became unavailable after you have submitted your order, you will be notified as quickly as possible by email.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery within the UK costs £7.95. This is Royal Mail recorded delivery service.

Can i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we shall then email you with a tracking number.
